What are the different ways to buy a ticket?

- Online booking
- Stade Louis II ticket office from 10 July 2023 from 10am to 12.30pm and from 1.30pm to 6.30pm.

Is it possible to buy tickets on the day of the event?

Within the limit of available seats, tickets can be purchased on site, on the day of the event, at the ticket offices of the Stade Louis II.

Do children need a ticket?

Yes, children must have a ticket to enter the stadium because they must have a seat. Children under 3 do not need a ticket and will have to stay on their parents' lap.

Is it possible to choose the location of my seat within the selected stand?

No. Your seat is automatically selected by the system, which reserves the best seats in the stand selected at the time of the order. The tickets you wish to purchase will be placed side by side by the system.

Are the seats numbered?

The seats are numbered in VIP Le Club, VIP Premium, VIP Prestige, Honneur A, Honneur B, Honneur A2, Honneur B2, Seconde A and Seconde B. However, the placement is free in Premières, Seconde E, Seconde F, Pesages and Populaires.

Are the tickets nominative? Can I change the name of the beneficiary of the e-ticket?

The tickets are not nominative. The names on the tickets correspond to the buyer's account. Access to the stadium is independent of the name on the ticket.

Is the order confirmation enough to enter the stadium?

No, the order confirmation is not enough to enter the stadium. You must print or download your e-tickets from your personal account.

Is it possible to print the tickets in black and white?

Yes, the barcodes must be clearly readable.

What happens If I lose my ticket?

This e-ticket cannot be refunded even in case of loss or theft. You can find your ticket via your customer account or via the order confirmation email by contacting the ticket office directly.

Which stands are covered?

With the exception of the “Populaires” stand, all seats are covered.

Does buying group tickets allow you to benefit from reduced prices?

If you are part of a group (works councils, associations, groups of more than 10 people) and you wish to attend the Herculis EBS Meeting, contact us by email at [email protected] to benefit from reduced rates!

Do FFA members benefit from reduced rates?

The Herculis EBS meeting offers special deals to FFA members and clubs in the region every year. Please contact us by email at [email protected] to benefit from these special offers.

Is it possible to buy a ticket for people with reduced mobility?

Anyone with a disability who wishes to attend the Herculis EBS Meeting is asked to contact us by email at [email protected].

Can I resell my tickets on the Meeting Herculis website?

This e-ticket cannot be taken back, exchanged or resold.

I am unable to log in to my account / I forgot my password. What should I do?

If there is a red frame around the login boxes, it means that you have entered incorrect login information. Please go to “Forgot Password” and key in your email address. You will receive an email to reset your password.

Can I change the email address associated with my personal account?

Please note that it is not possible to modify your email address, as this is what identifies your account. In case you need to modify your email address, please send us a message.

How do I get to the Stade Louis II?

By train

By bus
Line 80 (Nice Airport – Monaco – Menton): bus stop “Place d’Armes”
Lines 601, 602, 603, 604, 605, 607 et 608: bus stop “Place d’Armes”
The Compagnie des Autobus de Monaco serves the entire city. The stadium is served by lines 4 and 6.

Can I park near the Stade Louis 2?

Parking: A discount package will be applied from 12pm in the car parks around the stadium: Stade Louis II (from 9:30 am), Saint Antoine Héliport, Papalins, Port, Écoles, Saint Nicolas, Salines and la Colle.

To avoid the heavy traffic around the stadium, a new parking lot, "Parking des Salines", has been created to facilitate exits from Monaco. Find more details here

How are buses handled (particularly for clubs organising trips)?

 

Clubs travelling to the Stade Louis II by private buses are expected to use the Saint Antoine car park (free of charge on presentation of a Herculis receipt - paid for by the meeting organisers).

Once the Saint Antoine car park is full, additional buses will be directed to the fishermen's car park.

Please note that it is not possible to unload or load passengers inside the car park, and all buses must dropped off at the bottom of the Avenue de Fontvieille. To facilitate the coordination of buses, the Service des Parkings Publics will provide an agent on the day of the Meeting from 9am at the bottom of avenue de Fontvieille.

Can I bring a backpack or a motorcycle helmet into the stadium ?

Yes. A deposit is also available (subject to availability).

Can I enter the stadium with bottles and food?

Spectators will be able to bring a full and closed plastic water bottle (no glass, no can, no alcohol, no gourds, no thermos) and food.

Can I access the stadium again after leaving it?

For safety reasons, any exit from the stadium is final from 6pm.

At what time can I access the stadium?

The gates of the Louis II stadium open from 18:00p.m. We advise you to come as early as possible to make sure you find a parking space, and pass the many security checks.

Are pets allowed into the stadium for the meeting?

No, pets are not allowed in the stadium.
