This e-ticket cannot be returned, exchanged or resold. Identification may be required upon entry. 
If the event is cancelled, each customer will be refunded the full amount of their purchase, without any action on their part.
Do not buy an e-ticket from a stranger - you have no guarantee of validity. In case the same e-ticket is printed multiple times, only the first person who scans the e-ticket will be able to access the event.

The buyer is responsible for the use of her/his ticket. Please make sure to print the e-tickets in high quality. Damaged, soiled, unreadable or partially printed tickets will not be accepted upon entry and will be considered as invalid. In the event of an incident or a poor-quality printing, the user will have to re-print his/her e-ticket PDF.

This e-ticket can only be used once. Any attempt to duplicate or falsify the e-ticket will be detected when tickets are scanned upon entrance, and access will not be granted.
This e-ticket can be shown on a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet, with a maximum of 4 e-tickets per device.
This e-ticket cannot be ceased and is solely valid for the designated seat, it is subject to modification of date and schedule. This e-ticket cannot be refunded, even in case of loss or theft. If the event is cancelled, the buyer will be refunded the whole amount of his/her order.

Identification is required for clients benefiting from half- and reduced prices.
